Browser Troubleshooting

When using Credo Source, if you encounter the message: “Your browser prohibits this from showing in the frame. If must be loaded in a new tab. Click here to load in a new tab.”

This indicates a browser setting is preventing the content, most likely Research Skill Builders materials, from displaying. Please allow third-party cookies in your browser if you want to see the content on the page without having to load in a new tab. 

If using Chrome, you may see a struck through eyeball icon in the URL bar similar to below. Click that icon to open an overlay and then enable Third-party cookies by toggling the slider from Blocked to Allowed.
